They installed a new HVAC system in our home in December that has performed far better than our previous system. The previous system was too large for our home, and they realized this immediately and installed the correct size system for us. They have returned to check our system several times and made any necessary adjustments free of charge. The level of service that we have received has been excellent and Matt and Austin are true gentleman. We have had numerous bad experiences with other companies who have taken advantage of us. Moore HVAC came highly recommended from a family member who had a unit replaced last summer. They promptly responded to our call when our furnace went out. After determining the problem and explaining our options, we decided to replace the unit (13 years old) rather than repairing it. The work was done efficiently in less than the time estimated. Moore's replaced our air conditioner two years ago and did a great job.
